5th Annual Artists Open Studio Tour:

Once again our Annual Artists Open Studio Tour was a huge success. The Open Studio Virtual Tour features a description of each artist and a photographic are still available to be downloaded from our website. This event is juried and open to artists who maintain a studio in Wayne County. This year's tour was scheduled for the weekend of July 27-29, 2007. Each studio was open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day of the tour. Our Studio Tour gives the public a unique opportunity to see the artist in their own environment, ask them questions about their art, and take advantage of studio prices. This year the Central Park Gallery served as the Studio Headquarters where asample of each participating artist's work was on display and WCAA volunteers were available to answer questions and provide brochures and maps. This was a huge hit with over 350 people coming through over the weekend tour. WCAA thanks everyone who helped to organized this event and we hope you plan to join us next year on July 25 - 27, 2008. We can't wait to do it again!
